We are a small, family-run cattery situated in the beautiful Meon Valley. We are within easy reach of Portsmouth, Fareham and Southampton via the M27 which is 10 minutes away, and easily accessed from Alton and other surrounding areas using the A32. Waterlooville is also only a short 15 minute journey away.

We opened in 2009 and our cattery is built to both Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) guidelines. All our pens feature heated penthouse-style sleeping accommodation and were constructed with the health and well-being of your cat in mind. Each pen is large enough to accommodate 2 cats from the same household and we have one extra large family pen which will comfortably house up to 4 cats for those larger households!

The Village Cattery overlooks open countryside and fields with horses and sheep in them. We also have our own garden hens which provide lots of interest for our feline guests! There are mature trees hung with bird feeders for added entertainment!

Jill Woodacre, the proprietor, has been working within veterinary practices for many years and holds qualifications in Animal Care, Pet Nutrition and Diabetic Management. If your cat requires medication or insulin injections, you can rest assured that we have the experience to do this for you.
